Full Home Staging
Definition: where we supply all staging items for your vacant home.
We have standard rates available for all size homes. Big or Small.
Alternatively, you can choose how much of your home to highlight.
For example, our 'Base Package' includes:
• Master Bedroom
• Living
• Dining
• Kitchen
• Bathroom/s
• Entry
From there you can add more Bedrooms and extra rooms like a 2nd Living, Office or Conservatory.

Partial Home Staging
Definition: where you may have items of your own furniture in your empty home that we can add to or enhance with staging.
Because every situation is different, we suggest that a viewing of your home is required before we can confirm prices for partial staging.
As with full staging, you choose the rooms you wish to have staged and we will price according to what items we provide alongside your own items.

Planning Advice for DIY Home Staging
For a call-out fee, we also offer advice on how you can use your existing furniture to its best advantage.
This includes a written plan/layout, tips for decluttering and any other suggestions for maximising the impact of your home, ready for sale.
